Located in Lincoln Park, the Green City Market is Chicago’s only year-round farmers’ market promoting local, sustainable farmers, producers and chefs by connecting them to the public through educational programming and special events. Market days are Wednesdays and Saturdays, and during the winter months the market is held under a tent. October 7 there will be a Savor the Seasons Apple Fest where apples and heirloom tomatoes will be the featured guests.
